From purchase to profit, day by day

What "installed" actually means.

Most companies use the word to mean the machine arrived and someone plugged it in. Here is what it means to us — from the delivery truck, through the four days we spend selling next to your staff, to the weekly call you are still on a year later.

The frame

You are hiring a department, not simply buying a product.

Building a body contouring service line from scratch means hiring someone to market it, someone to build the consultation and pricing, someone to train the staff, and someone who can close a $2,500 to $4,000 package in front of a nervous patient — and keeping all four through month six.

That is the job. The Contour Light® system does it in four days instead of two years, and leaves your staff able to run it without us.

The real sequence

What happens, and when

Two things happen on two different clocks. Your system ships in less than a week so you can start treating straight away. Your launch event is scheduled separately. Here is how both run.

Step 1

The discovery call

We size your patient database, look at your market, and build a conservative projection for your specific clinic. If the numbers do not support a launch, we say so. Nothing is purchased on this call.

Your Contour Light® representative may set this call up and join it — the projection and launch planning are built with the launch team. And if you do not have a patient database yet, this is where we scope the advertising plan that builds one.

Step 2
less than a week

Your system ships and you start treating

Delivery typically lands less than a week after purchase. You are not waiting on your launch date to start using the device or earning from it.

  • Contour Light®, applicator and stand delivered and set up
  • Contour University opens for every staff member, unlimited seats, permanently
  • Treatment protocols, measurement standards, consents and documentation in place
  • Your team can begin treating patients immediately
Step 3

Your launch date goes on the calendar

We pick your four days together. A launch takes our team on site for the full four days with your patients, so dates are held in the order clinics commit to them — and the date drives everything that follows, including when the reactivation campaign starts.

We will talk through timing on your call and give you real dates to choose from.

The gap

Between delivery and your launch

The time between your system arriving and your launch date is not dead time, and we do not leave you in it. This window is where the launch gets won.

  • Your staff works through Contour University and gets comfortable on the device
  • You start treating patients and building real before-and-after results of your own
  • We help you grow and clean the patient list the reactivation campaign will target
  • You join the live weekly training calls from day one, not after the event
Event
minus 10

Your calendar starts filling

Ten days out from your launch date, we build and run a reactivation campaign against your patient list — people who already trust you and have never been told you offer this.

  • Campaign written, built and executed for you
  • Prepaid consultations booked into three specific days
  • Your front desk is briefed on what to say when they call back
Event
day 1

We train your team, in your building, all day

Not a webinar. A full day on site, hands on, with the people who will actually be doing this.

  • The consultation, start to finish
  • Measurement protocol and how to present results credibly
  • Package structure, pricing, and how to say the number out loud
  • Objection handling, then role-play until it stops sounding rehearsed
  • Follow-up systems, upsells and continuity
Event
days 2–4

We sell. Your team watches, then joins.

Three days of prepaid consultations with your real patients. Our team runs the first ones while yours observes. Then your staff runs them with us in the room. By the third day they are closing and we are watching.

  • Real patients, real packages, real money into your account
  • Every consultation debriefed the same day
  • Staff buy-in that no meeting could ever produce
After
the event

We leave. The service line does not.

You keep the scripts, the pricing, the protocols, the forms, the follow-up sequences and a team that has now closed in front of you. Live weekly training continues with the same people who ran your launch, plus one-on-one implementation support while the habit is still forming.

The
guarantee

120 days from your launch event

If you attended the training, used the scripts, ran the protocols and showed up to the weekly calls, and you are still not on a clear path to profitability — your seat on our live weekly group training stays open at no additional cost until you are. The coaching simply does not stop while it is still not working. We do not disappear at the invoice.

Capability transfer

What stays in your clinic forever

The point of the launch is not the launch. It is that your team can continue to run consultations forever without us.

The consultation — written, practiced and proven on your own patients
The pricing — package structure, price points and continuity paths
The scripts — including the objections your market actually raises
The protocols — treatment, measurement and documentation standards
The patient list — reactivated, and now aware you offer this
The follow-up — what happens after "let me think about it"
The training library — Contour University, unlimited staff, permanently
A team that has done it — the part you cannot buy separately

Why we stopped unbundling

The pieces do not work apart.

A campaign with no trained staff books consultations that do not close. Training with no live selling stays theoretical. A device with neither becomes the most expensive dust collector in the building.

So everything above is sold as one package, at one price — because that is the only version we have ever seen work.
